How do I set my first alarm?

Open Boo Alarm, add an alarm, choose a time, and pick a mission to complete when it goes off. The alarm won't stop until the mission is done.

Will Boo Alarm reliably wake me up?

Boo Alarm is built to be hard to ignore, but it can't override every device condition. Volume, the silent switch, Do Not Disturb / Focus, Low Power Mode, battery level, and notification permissions all affect whether an alarm rings. For anything critical, keep a backup alarm.

Why does the app ask for notification and alarm permissions?

Boo Alarm needs alarm and notification permissions to ring at the scheduled time. If they're turned off, alarms may not sound. You can review them in iOS Settings.

Do the camera missions upload my photos?

No. Camera missions are processed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Images are not uploaded to us or anyone else, and we don't store them.

How does the Boo Alarm Pro subscription work?

Boo Alarm Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. It renews automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel or restore my subscription?

Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To restore a previous purchase, use Restore Purchases on the paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Do I need an account? What happens to my data?

No account and no sign-in. Your alarms, wake-up history, streaks, and onboarding answers stay on your device. Usage analytics are anonymous and not tied to your identity. To erase everything, delete the app; to request deletion of anonymous analytics, email us.
